These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the kempdec.com website (the “Site”), provided by KempDec Brasil Ltda, registered under CNPJ No. 48.059.688/0001-01 (“KempDec”). By accessing or using the Site, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site is institutional and informational in nature, intended to present KempDec, its activities, its products and its open-source projects. The content may be updated, changed or removed at any time, without prior notice.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (for example, GitHub), provided solely for your convenience. KempDec does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of such services, which you access at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the Judicial District of Brasília, Federal District, are hereby elected to resolve any disputes arising from them, waiving any other, however privileged.
